Form, July, 2008



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Step to a right half horse west executing a double overhead clockwise
                   windmill.      Right palm to the south to the opponent's hip.  Left palm is at your left side.

            2.    Same stance.  Double overhead counter clockwise windmill and left palm to opponent's hip, north.  Right palm is
                   at your right side.

            3.   Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step back east to a left half horse.  Left palm to the 
                  opponent's neck jaw, south.  right hand is at shield guard.

            4.   A double counter clockwise windmill, in the same stance, as you right palm to the opponent's jaw, north.  Left
                  hand is at shield guard.

            5.   Left and right hands travel over your right shoulder, then right knee to the west and you right uppercut to the
                  opponent's chin, west, at the same time.  Left fist is at your left side.

            6.   Salute

            7.   Draw you left foot directly behind your right foot and right side kick to the west.

            8.   Left front kick the south.

            9.   Step to a left half horse, south and left down windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north.
                  Punch down with your right fist.  You are in a full horse.

           10.  Same stance.  Right down windmill and then left down punch.

           11.  Move your right elbow to the east,  follow with a left down windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north.
                  Follow with a left half horse as you left straight kick to the north.
 


 

Form, April, 2008



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Step to a right half horse west executing a left down windmill as you straight
                   punch west to the opponent's diaphragm.

            2.    Same stance.  Right down windmill and left straight punch west to opponent's diaphragm.

            3.   Execute a double overhead clockwise windmill as you step back east to a left half horse.  Right chop to
                  opponent's neck.  Left hand in on your left hip.

            4.   A double overhead counter clockwise windmill, in the same stance, as you left chop to the opponent's right side
                  of neck.  Right hand is on right hip.

            5.   Right kick to the west.

            6.   Salute

            7.   Execute a double clockwise windmill and cross step right to the south.  Left thumb down palm to
                  the south at hip level.   Right hand is at shield guard.

            8.   Same stance, a double counter clockwise windmill and then right palm to the north at hip level  Left hand
                  is at shield guard.

            9.   Rotate 180 to the north with a double clockwise windmill and perform an inside right crescent to the north. 
                  Your left hand slaps the inside of the right foot.

          10.   As you step down to a right half horse, north, generate a double over the head counter-clockwise windmill.
                  and right backhand to the right side of the opponent's neck.  Your left hand is at shield guard.

          11.   Same stance.  Perform a double overhead clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse to the south. 
                  Left backhand to the left side of the opponent's neck. Right hand is at shield guard.

          12.   Right round house kick to the west.

          13.   Step down to a right half horse, west as you generate a clockwise double windmill and left back palm to the
                  opponent's hip, east.  Your right hand is at shield guard.

          14.   A counter clockwise double windmill as you shift to a left half horse east, and right back palm to the opponent's
                  hip, west.  Left hand is at shield guard.

          15.   Look east as you perform a double overhead clockwise windmill while stepping east to a right half horse.  Strike
                  with a back left hammer to your opponent's groin, west.  Your right fist is at shield guard.

          16.   Execute a double overhead counter-clockwise windmill in the same stance and strike with a back right hammer
                  to your opponent's groin, west.

           17.  Shift to left half horse facing west and simultaneously execute a double overhead clockwise windmill.  Right thumb
                  up palm to the opponent's face, west.  Left hand is at shield guard, palm open, thumb down.

           18.  Same stance, counter-clockwise overhead double windmill. Left palm to the opponent's face, west.  Right palm is
                   at shield guard.

           19.  Step to the north into a right half horse as you generate a clockwise double windmill.  Right palm to the opponent's
                  face, north.

           20.  Shift to a left half horse while doing a clockwise double windmill. Left palm to the face, south, and right at shield 
                  guard.

           21.  Pull right foot back to a right kick stance, west, as you execute a right overhead clockwise windmill and then claw,
                  west to his eyes.

           22.  Right down windmill and left claw to the eyes, west from the same stance.

           23.  Right kick west.

           24.  Hop forward.

           25.  Present Salute.

           26.  Close Salute.
 


 

Form, January, 2008



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Right hand does a  clockwise wrist windmill windmill as the left does a 
                   counter-clockwise one.  Raise both hands straight up under the opponent's jaw striking with the heels of the
                   hands.

            2.    Remain in set position.  Raise your arms and cross your right wrist and left wrist in front of your body.  Your
                   right wrist closer to your body with fingers pointing up.  Drop your hands simultaneously and generate two large 
                   opposing windmills; the right counter clockwise, the left clockwise and chop back to opponent's groin.

            3.   Execute a double overhead clockwise windmill as you step west to a right half horse.  Right claw to the
                  opponent's eyes, southwest.

            4.   A double overhead counter clockwise windmill as you step back to a left half horse.  Left claw to the
                  opponent's eyes to the northwest.

            5.   Right kick to the west.

            6.   Salute

            7.   Execute a double overhead clockwise windmill and step right to the south.  Punch to the east with a right
                  short thumb up punch to the opponent's diaphram.  Left fist is a left side

            8.   Same stance, right down windmill and left thumb up punch to the west to opponent's diaphragm.  Right fist is
                  at right side.

            9.   Shift to left half horse and right knee to the north.

          10.   Step to right half horse, north, as you double clockwise windmill.  Right uppercut to opponent's chin to the
                  northwest.  Left fist is at your left side.

          11.   Same stance.  Right down windmill and left uppercut to the northeast to your opponent's chin.  Right fist
                  is at your left side.

          12.   Shift to left half horse while executing a double overhead counter clockwise windmill.  Right kick to west.

          13.   A double clockwise windmill as you step to right kneeling stance, west.  Strike with a left fingers down
                  palm to opponent's groin, south.  Right palm is thumb down at shield guard position.

          14.   A double counter clockwise windmill and strike to the opponent's groin, north.  Strike with a right fingers down
                  palm.  Left palm is at shield guard position.

          15.   Execute a clockwise double windmill as you rise up and step back to a left half horse.  Left backhand hammer
                  to the opponent's diaphragm.  Right fist at shield guard.

          16.   Double counter clockwise windmill as you right backhand hammer to opponent's diaphragm.  Left fist at shield
                  guard.

          17.   Step to the south to a right cross stance. After a double overhead clockwise windmill, left thumb down palm
                  to the south at rib level.  Right hand is at your right side.

          18.   Same stance.  Double overhead counter clockwise windmill and right thumb down palm.  Left is at you left side.

          19.   While doing a clockwise double overhead windmill, shift to a left half horse facing north and right side kick to the
                  east.

          20.   Step to a right half horse north and left down windmill and right palm to the opponent's midsection to the north.  
                  Left hand is at your left side.

          21.   Right down windmill and left palm to the opponent's midsection to the northeast.  Right hand is at your right side.

          22.   Shift to a left half horse while doing an over the head clockwise double windmill.  Step to a right half horse
                  west as you left down windmill and right straight punch west.  Left fist is at your left side.

          23.   Step back to a left half horse while doing a right down windmill and following with a left punch west.  Your right
                  hand to at you right side.

          24.   Right kick to the west

          25.   Left kick to the west.

          26.   Salute.
         


 

Form, October, 2007



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  clockwise double windmill.  Right punch to the opponent's nose,
                   southwest.  Strike back to the northeast with a left.

            2.    Same Position.  Counter clockwise double windmill.  Strike with a left punch to the opponent's nose, northwest. 
                   Right hand is held back to the southeast.

            3.    Step backwards to a left half horse, execute a double clockwise windmill and right spear hand to opponent's
                   eyes, south.   Left hand is held open and palm up at your left hip.

            4.    Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmill and a left spear hand to the opponent's eyes, north.
                   Right hand is held open and up on the right hip.

            5.    Right side kick to the north.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step to the south into a right half horse.  Left back hammer to the
                   opponent's groin, north.  Right fist is at shield guard.

            8.    A double counter clockwise windmill in the same stance.  Right back fist to the opponent's groin, north.  Left
                   fist is at shield guard.

            9.    Move both fists overhead to your left as you shift to a left half horse.  Right kick to the north.

          10.    Step down with your right foot into a right half horse, north.  A double clockwise windmill as you shift to a left
                   half horse, south.  Right vertical fingers to the opponent's eye, south.  Left hand in at your left side.

          11.    Same stance.  Right down windmill.  Left vertical fingers to the eye, south.   Right hand is at your right side.

          12.    Right kick to the south.

          13.    Right side kick to the west.

          14.    Put your right foot down to the west as you double block in a clockwise direction shifting to a right half horse.
                   Right palm to the opponent's nose.  Left hand at shield guard.

          15.    Execute a double counter clockwise windmill as you step back east with your right foot and shift to a right half
                   horse.  Left palm to opponent's nose, east.  Right palm is at shield guard.

          16.    Shift to a left half horse.  Right knee, west.

          17.    Left down windmill as you step south with your right foot to a right half horse.  Shift to a full horse facing east
                   and execute a right palm down punch to the opponent's diaphragm.  Left fist is at your left hip.

          18.    Same stance.  Left palm down punch to the diaphragm, east.  Right fist is at your right side.

          19.    Right side kick to the east.

          20.    Step north with your right foot to a right half horse with doing a left down windmill.  Shift to a full horse facing
                   west and right palm to the opponent's diaphragm, west.  Your left fist is at your left side.

          21.    Same stance.  Left palm to diaphragm, west.  Right hand at your right side.

          22.    Shift to a left half horse as you execute a double overhead windmill, pull up to a right kick stance and step to a 
                   right half horse, west, as you deliver a right fore knuckle punch to the opponent's left jaw, west.  Left fist is
                   behind, crane-style.

          23.    Same stance.  A right down windmill, followed by a left fore knuckle punch to the opponent's right jaw, west.
                   Right fist is held behind, crane-style.

          24.    Left down windmill as the right foot is pulled back to a right kick stance.  Keep the right foot very close to the
                   right palm down punch to the opponent's bladder, west.  Left fist is held at the left side.

          25.    Same stance.  Right down windmill, then left palm down punch to the opponent's bladder, west.  Right fist is held
                   at the right side.

          26.    Salute.                  


 

Form, July, 2007



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Clockwise double windmill.  Strike back to the east with a left backhand
                   chop to the opponent's groin, east.  Right hand is at shield guard.

            2.    Same Position.  Counter Clockwise double windmill.  Strike back to the east with a right backhand chop
                   to the opponent's groin, east.  Left hand is at shield guard.

            3.    Step forward to a right half horse, execute a clockwise overhead  double windmill and right palm to the
                   opponent's chin, southwest.  Left hand is back.

            4.    Step back with your right foot as you double counter clockwise windmill over your head and left palm to the
                   opponent's chin, northwest.  Right hand is back.

            5.    Left down windmill, right knee, west.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Step to the south to a right half horse as you double clockwise windmill over your head.  Right roundhouse
                   to the punch to the  opponent's left ribs.  Left hand is at your left side.

            8.    Over head counter clockwise double windmill and then a left roundhouse punch to the opponent's right ribs.
                   Right fist is at right side.

            9.    Over head clockwise double windmill as you shift to a left half horse and then step right to the north into a right
                   half horse.  Right fore knuckle punch down on the bridge of the opponent's nose.  Left fist at your left side.

           10.   Over head counter clockwise double windmill.  Left hammer down on bridge of opponent's nose, north. 
                   Right fist is at your right side.

           11.   Right side kick to the north.

           12.   Left straight kick to the west.

           13.   Left down windmill as you step left to the west into a left half horse.  Right uppercut to opponent's left jaw,
                   west.

           14.   Step back with your left foot to a right half horse as you right down windmill.  Left uppercut to opponent's right 
                   jaw, west.

           15.  Double clockwise windmills as your move left foot west into a left kick stance.  Right chop to opponent's bladder,
                  Southeast.  Left chop at your left side.

           16.  Double counter clockwise windmills.  Left chop to opponent's bladder, Northeast.  Right chop at your right side.

           17.  Step left to the south into a left half horse as you execute a double clockwise windmill and strike with a left 
                  backhand chop to the opponent's throat, east.  The right hand is at shield guard.

           18.  A double counter clockwise double windmill in the same stance.  Right backhand chop to the opponent's throat,
                  west.  The left hand is at shield guard.

           19.  Shift to a right half horse facing north and left sidekick to the west.

           20.  Place your left foot down on the ground and step to a right half horse, north.  Execute a left down windmill and
                  right thumb up punch to the west.  Left hand is at your left side.

           21.  A right down windmill and left thumb up punch to the east.  Your right hand is at your right side.

           22.  Shift to a left half horse and step to the west with your right foot to a right half horse.  Execute a clockwise
                  double windmill and right spear hand to the opponent's eyes, southwest.  Left hand is back to the northeast.

           23.  Double counter clockwise windmill and light spear hand to the opponent's eyes, northwest.  Right hand is back to
                  the southeast.

           24.  Step back to the east while executing a double clockwise windmill. and strike with a left thumb down palm to the
                  opponent's upper chest.  The right hand is at shield guard.

           25.  Double counter clockwise windmills and then a right thumb down palm to the opponent's upper chest, east.  Left
                  hand is at shield guard.

           26.  Draw up right foot a kick stance, west.  Salute.



Form, April 01, 2007



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Clockwise double windmill.  Strike back to the east with a left backhand
                   chop to the opponent's groin, east.  Right hand is at shield guard.

            2.    Same Position.  Counter Clockwise double windmill.  Strike back to the east with a right backhand chop
                   to the opponent's groin, east.  Left hand is at shield guard.

            3.    Step forward to a right half horse, execute a clockwise overhead  double windmill and right chop to the
                   opponent's neck, west.  Left hand is back.

            4.    Step back with your right foot as you double counter clockwise windmill over your head and left chop to the
                   opponent's neck, west.  Right hand is back.

            5.    Left down windmill.  Step into a right kick stance, west.  Right piston punch, west.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Step to the south as you double clockwise windmill over your head.  Left palm opponent's jaw, east.
                   Right hand is at shield guard.

            8.    Over head counter clockwise double windmill and then right palm to opponent's jaw west.  Left hand is at
                   shield guard.

            9.    Over head clockwise double windmill as you shift to a left half horse and then kick right to the north.                  

           10.   Over head clockwise double windmill as you step to a right half horse, north.  Left hammer, west.  Right fist
                   is at shield guard.

           11.   Overhead counter clockwise double windmill as you right hammer, east.  Left fist is at shield guard

           12.   Shift to a left half horse and pull your right foot to the left into a kick stance.  Step west to a right half horse
                   as you double clockwise windmill and then right roundhouse to his left jaw throwing your left arm behind.

           13.   Execute a double counter clockwise windmill and left roundhouse to his right jaw.

           14.   Shift to your left 90 degrees into a full horse as you left down windmill and follow with a right punch downward
                   between your legs.

           15.  Move your hands west shifting to a right half horse.  Reverse both hands and move them overhead to your left
                  as you step back east with your right foot.  Move to a full horse, north as you execute a right down windmill
                  and then left punch downward between your legs.

           16.  Shift to a left half horse, west and right kick to the west.

           17.  Step to the south to a right half horse as you move both hands forward then out and around behind each
                  hand's respective side, double palming to the opponent's chin, south.

           18.  Cross both arms in front of your chest, left arm over right and double strike low behind to the north.

           19.  Shift to a left half horse then right knee to the east.

           20.  Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step to the north into a right half horse.  Right hammer to
                  the opponent's diaphragm, west.  Left fist is at your left side.

           21.  Double counter clockwise windmill, same stance.  Left hammer to the opponent's diaphragm, east.
                  Right fist is at your right side.

           22.  Double overhead clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse and step to a right half horse, west.
                  Left palm down strike to the opponent's jaw, east.  Right hand is at shield guard.

           23.  Double overhead counter clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse (east).  Right palm down
                  strike to the opponent's jaw, west.  Left hand is at shield guard.

           24.  Move both hand to the west in a clockwise double windmill as you shift to a right half horse.  As the
                  windmill follows around to the south draw the right foot in to a right kick stance.  Execute a left down windmill
                  and punch right to the opponent's diaphragm, south.

           25.  Right down windmill and left punch to the opponent's diaphragm, north.

           26.  Salute

 



Form, January 20, 2007



 

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Right kick to the west.

            2.    Step to right half horse, west, as you left down windmill, then a right palm down punch to the opponent's liver,
                   south.  Left hand is at your left side.

            3.    Same stance.  Right down windmill, then a left palm down punch to the opponent's spleen.

            4.    Step back with your right foot as you double clockwise windmill over your head and left back hammer to
                   opponent's groin to the east.  Right hand is at shield guard.

            5.    Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmill over your head and right back hammer to the opponent's groin
                   to the east. Left hand is at shield guard.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Right side kick west.

             8.   Step to the south as you double clockwise windmill over your head.  Right chop to the opponent's neck, south.
                   left hand is behind.

             9.   Over head counter clockwise windmill and then left chop to  opponent's neck to the south.  Right hand is behind.

           10.   Over head clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse and then step to the north to a right half horse. 
                   Left down windmill and right punch to the diaphragm, west.  Left hand is at your left side.

           11.   Right down windmill and left punch to the diaphragm, east.  Right hand is at your side.

           12.   Shift to a left half horse while executing a double overhead counter clockwise windmill.  Step to the west and
                   right chop to the opponent's neck, west.  Your left hand is at your left side.

           13.   Same stance.  Clockwise overhead double windmill and then left chop to the opponent's right side of neck, west.

           14.   Step back to the east with your right foot as you generate a double overhead counter clockwise windmill and
                   left back arm to his ribs.  The right arm is at shield guard.

           15.   Same stance.  Overhead clockwise windmill and right back arm to his ribs, east.  Left arm is at shield guard.

           16.   Turn your left foot hard left and slightly backwards and right side kick to the west.

           17.   Front kick to the south.

           18.   Step to right half horse to the south, double clockwise windmill, as you right palm up four finger poke to
                   the opponent's throat, south.  Left palm is at shield guard.

           19.   Counter clockwise double windmill.  Left four finger poke to south in the same stance.  Right hand is at shield
                   guard.

           20.   Shift to a left half horse and step to the north as you execute an overhead counter clockwise windmill.  In a
                   Right Half Horse strike right to the northwest with a right four knuckle uppercut to his chin.  Left hand is at
                   your left side.

           21.   Same stance.  Left strike to the northeast with a left four knuckle uppercut to his chin.  Right hand is at
                   your right side.

           22.   Shift to a left half horse and pull your right foot up to your left foot into a right kick stance west.
                   Execute a double clockwise windmill and left palm to the opponent's jaw, south.  Right palm is at shield
                   guard.

           23.   Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmill and then right palm to the opponent's jaw, north.  Left
                   palm is at shield guard.

           24.   Right kick to the west.

           25.   Hop forward onto your right foot and then back onto your left foot.

           26.   Salute

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Double clockwise overhead windmill as you step west to a right half horse 
                   and right roundhouse to the opponent's left jaw to the west.  The left fist is behind, crane-style.

            2.    Same stance. Double counter-clockwise overhead windmill and left round house to the opponent's right jaw to
                   the west.  The right fist is behind, crane-style.           

            3.    Step back to a left half horse as you execute a double overhead clockwise windmill and left back palm east to
                   opponents jaw.  Right hand is at shield guard.

            4.    Same stance.  Clockwise double overhead windmills and right back palm east to opponent's jaw.  Left hand is at
                   shield guard.

            5.    Right knee west.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Step left to left half horse, south.  Double clockwise overhead windmill and left backhand chop, east.  Right hand
                   is at shield guard.

             8.   Same stance.  Double counter-clockwise windmill, right backhand chop, west.  Left hand is at shield 
                   guard.

             9.   Shift to a right half horse and left roundhouse kick, west.

           10.   Step to the north to a left half horse.  Left down windmill and right two-finger poke to
                   opponent's eye, north.

           11.   Same stance.  Right down windmill.  Left two-finger poke to opponent's eye.

           12.   Step left, west, to a left half horse.  Left down windmill and right straight punch to the diaphragm, west.
                   Left fist is at your left side.

           13.   Same stance.  Right down windmill as you left straight punch to the diaphragm, west.  Right hand is at your right 
                   side.

           14.   Step back to a right half horse.  Double clockwise, overhead windmill and left back palm down to the bladder, 
                   east. Right hand is at shield guard.

           15.   Double counter-clockwise overhead windmill.  Right backhand, east to opponent's bladder.  Left fist is at shield
                   guard.

           16.   Left kick to the west.

           17.   Right side kick to the north.

           18.   Double clockwise overhead windmills as you step to a right half horse to the south and right forearm hammer
                   to the opponent's diaphragm to the east.  Left hand is at the left side.

           19.   Double counter-clockwise overhead windmills as you left forearm hammer to the opponent's diaphragm to the
                   west.  Right hand is at the right side.

           20.   Double overhead clock wise windmills as you step north to a right half horse.  Right claw to the north-west at
                   mid-level.  Left hand is at your left side.

           21.   Double overhead counter-clockwise windmills as you left claw to the southwest at mid-level.  Right hand is at
                   your right side.

           22.   Double overhead clockwise windmills as you step west to a right half horse.  Right spear hand to opponent's
                   eye.  Left hand is behind, crane style.

           23.   Double overhead counter-clockwise windmills.  Left spear hand to opponent's eye.  Right hand is behind, crane
                   style.

           24.   Double clockwise windmills as you step back with your right to a left half horse and left vertical punch to 
                   opponent's diaphragm, south.  Right fist is at shield guard.
          
           25.   Double counter-clockwise windmills and right vertical punch to 
                   opponent's diaphragm, north.  Left fist is at shield guard.

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Execute a right straight kick, west.

            2.    As you step west to a right half horse, perform a double clockwise windmill and spear fingers in to his eyes
                   with both hands.

            3.    In the same stance cross your right arm over your left and double chop back behind you.

            4.    Step back to a left half horse and you double clockwise windmill and left backhand chop to opponent's groin,  
                   east.  Your right arm is at shield guard, fingers pointing at his left pulse.

            5.    Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmill and right chop to opponent's groin, east.  Your left arm is
                   at shield guard pointing at his right pulse.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Execute double counter clockwise windmill as you cross stance, south.  Punch right, palm down, north to 
                   opponent's diaphragm.  Left hand is at shield guard.

             8.   Same stance.  Double clockwise windmill, left palm down punch, south, to the diaphragm.  Right hand is at shield 
                   guard.

             9.   Twist out in a counter clockwise direction and right side kick to the east.

           10.   Step to a right half horse to the north, while performing a double overhead clock wise windmill.
                   Right hammer to the opponent's neck, north. Left fist points at the right mid forearm.

           11.   Same stance.  Overhead double counter clockwise windmill.  Left hammer to the opponent's neck, north.
                   Right fist points at the left mid forearm.

           12.   Double overhead clockwise windmill.  Step to a right half horse and right claw to opponent's face, west.
                   Left hand is open behind.

           13.   Same stance.  Double overhead counter-clockwise windmill and left claw to opponent's face, west.

           14.   Double clockwise windmill as you step back, to the east, to a left half horse.  Right thumb up punch, to
                   opponent's ribs, to the south.  Left fist is at the left side.

           15.   Same stance.  Left thumb up punch to opponent's ribs, north.  Right fist is held at the right side.

           16.   Right kick to the west.

           17.   Step to the south to a right half horse and bring both hands in a counter-clockwise windmill over your left   
                   shoulder.  Shift to a left half horse and right back chop to opponent's right jaw, south.  Left hand is at shield        
                   guard.

           18.  Move both hands in a clockwise windmill, as you shift to a right half horse, and strike north to opponent's left 
                  jaw with a left chop.  Right hand is at shield guard.

           19.  Shift to a left half horse as you execute a double overhead clockwise windmill.  Step north and right chop to 
                  the opponent's left side of the neck.  Left hand is at your left side.

           20.  In the same stance execute a counter-clockwise double windmill and strike to the opponent's left side of the neck 
                  with your left hand.  Right hand is at your right side.

           21.  Right side kick to the north.

           22.  Step to the west as you execute a clockwise double overhead windmill and right chop over  your right knee.
                  Left hand is at your left side.

           23.  Same stance.  Double counter-clockwise overhead windmill and left chop over your right knee.  Right hand is at   
                  your right side.

           24.  Step back, east with your right foot to a left half horse and right chop opponent's jaw to the southwest.
                  Your left hand is behind.    

           25.  Same stance, chop to the opponent's jaw to the northwest with your left hand.  Your right hand hand is      
                  behind.

           26.  Move your right leg forward to a right kick stance and salute. 



Form, June 22, 2006

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Execute a double clockwise windmill and left backhand chop to
                   opponent's throat, east.  Right shield guard.

            2.    In the same stance, a double counter-clockwise windmill and backhand chop to opponent's throat, east. 
                   Left shield guard.

            3.    As you perform a double clockwise overhead windmill, step forward to a right half horse and right
                  chop to his neck, west.  Left hand is behind.

            4.    As you execute a double counter clockwise windmill, step back east, to a left half horse, and left chop
                   to opponent's neck, west.   Right hand is behind.

            5.    Right side kick, north.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Left kick west.

            8.    Step south to a left half horse.  Having executed a left down windmill, right chop over your left knee.

            9.    Shift to a right half horse as you right down windmill and left chop, north, over your right knee.

          10.    Step to a left half horse, north, with a double overhead  clockwise windmill and left palm down to the
                   southwest.  Right palm is at shield guard.

          11.    Same stance. Double overhead, counter clockwise windmill. and right palm down to the southeast.
                   Left palm is at shield guard.

          12.    As you execute a left down windmill, pull your left leg back to a kick stance and step to a left half
                   horse, west.  Right straight punch to the opponent's diaphragm.

          13.   In the same stance, right down windmill and left straight punch, west, to his diaphragm.

          14.   Execute a left down windmill as you step back east and right palm down punch to the opponent's diaphragm,
                  south.
          15.   A right down windmill and left palm down punch, north. 

          16.   Left roundhouse kick to the south.

          17.   As you execute a double counter clockwise windmill, step to a left half horse, south.  Your right hand
                  pushes downward on his hip to the north.  Your left is at shield guard.

          18.   Double clockwise windmill as you shift to a right half horse.  Left hand pushes on his hip to the south.
                  The right hand is at shield guard.

          19.   Left knee to the north.  Point the left toe down.

          20.   You are in a left kick stance.  Switch to a right kick stance and step north to a right half horse.
                  Clockwise windmill and right palm up hammer to the opponent's diaphragm.  He is on your left side facing 
                  north.  Your left fist is held at your left side.

          21.   Double counter clockwise windmills and left palm up hammer to the opponent's diaphragm, east. Right 
                  palm is up at your right side.  The opponent is facing north at your right side.

          22.   Execute a double clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse.  Step to a right half horse, west as
                  you right palm to opponents nose, west.  Your right hand is behind and palm up.

          23.   From the same stance, right down windmill and left palm to opponent's nose, west.
                  Right hand is behind, palm up.

          24.   Step back with a left to a left half horse, while doing a double clockwise windmill.  Left backhand at
                  shoulder height, south.  Right hand is at shield guard by the left shoulder, palm up.

          25.   Same stance.  Double counter-clockwise windmill and right backnad at shoulder height, north.
                  Left hand is at shield guard by the right shoulder, palm up.

          26.   Salute
